Epoxy Zinc-Rich Primer + Curing Agent
Epoxy Zinc-Rich Primer + Curing Agent
01 High Drying Efficiency & Dual Curing Modes
Ambient air drying: surface dry ≤1h, hard dry ≤2h. Cross-links with curing agent. Can be baked at 50–90°C (max 120°C) for faster curing; full curing requires 168h.
02 Sufficient Usable Pot Life
Three components mixed as specified feature long operable time. Mature 10–15 min, filter with 80–150 mesh screen prior to spraying.
03 Compatible with Multiple Automated Coating Processes
Suitable for air spray, airless spray and brushing, fit factory automatic lines. Low-speed stirring avoids zinc sedimentation. 0–10% clean water dilution for viscosity adjustment, good anti-sagging performance.
04 Wide Adaptable Construction Temperature & Humidity Range
Constructible above 5℃; applicable RH: 40%–90% (optimum 50%–80%). Substrate temperature must be ≥3℃ above dew point to stop condensation and flash rust.
