01 Fast Drying Performance
Quick ambient drying: surface dry ≤1h, hard dry ≤2h. Curing can be accelerated by baking at 50–90°C (max 120°C). Long pot life after mixing, easy construction.
02 Simple Coating Preparation
Mix three components, mature 10–15 min, filter with 80–150 mesh screen. Adjust viscosity freely with 0–10% clean water.
03 Wide Compatibility with Construction Processes
Applicable for air spray, airless spray and brushing, fit automated production lines. Anti-sagging, low-speed stirring avoids zinc sedimentation.
04 Flexible Construction Conditions
Constructible above 5℃; forms stable film under relative humidity 40%–90%.
